This is a kid-favorite recipe. It is super simple, and quick to make.
What you need:
- Peanut Butter (Creamy is preferred)
- Jam (Dealer's Choice, but not Nutella)
- Butter
- Bread (two slices per sandwich)
What you do:
- Start by preparing the bread. Butter one side of each piece of bread, and set aside.
- Open the jam and Peanut butter jars, and stage a knife or spreading tool accordingly.
- Pre-heat your griddle to somewhere around medium heat, give it a shot of cooking spray.
- Working quickly, add peanut butter to one of the prep'd slices of bread, and add it to the griddle, butter side down. Add Jam to the other piece of prep'd bread and it to the griddle, butter side down.
- Grill the bread until the bottoms are brown and the PB and Jam are warm and gooey.
- Assemble the sandwich by joining the PB and J sides of the bread together, and serve.
